[How to participate]
No reservations are required for yoga classes.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.

[Payment]
If you are taking classes at Sivananda Yoga Tokyo Center, please pay at the reception upon arrival.
Both cash and credit cards are accepted.

[Donation-based online asana class run by volunteer staff]
You can take online asana classes occasionally every month through a donation system.

Open Class
This is a meditative class that follows the traditional sequence of Sivananda Yoga.

Beginner class
We skip difficult poses from the open class, making it easy for beginners to participate.

Gentle Yoga
This class focuses on stretching, and is. open to anyone including those who are not confident in their physical strength or have limited range of motion.

Morning yoga & Pranayama (online participation available)
A 45-minute early morning class to supercharge your energy before work.

Night yoga & Meditation (online participation available)
Relax and unwind from the day's stress with easy, relaxing yoga and meditation.

Meditation (satsang) (Open for online participation)
This is a free class consisting of meditation, kirtan, and lecture.
You can also participate online from 7:00-8:00.

Yoga1/Yoga2 Beginner Course

In order to start practicing Sivananda Yoga, you will learn the basic theory of Sivananda Yoga, the 5 points of yoga lifestyle, and 12 basic poses. You can deepen your practice of Sivananda Yoga by taking the Beginner Course.
