①Open Class
This is a meditative class that follows the traditional sequence of Sivananda Yoga.
②Beginner class
We skip difficult poses from the open class, making it easy for beginners to participate.
③Gentle Yoga
This class focuses on stretching, and is. open to anyone including those who are not confident in their physical strength or have limited range of motion.
④Morning yoga & Pranayama (online participation available)
A 45-minute early morning class to supercharge your energy before work.
⑤Night yoga & Meditation (online participation available)
Relax and unwind from the day's stress with easy, relaxing yoga and meditation.
With this ticket, you can participate in morning yoga & pranayama, Night yoga & meditation online classes, as well as the classes at the Tokyo center.
If you do not have a valid membership card (one year), please apply together with your membership card.
